Recently, RMB met with EPA staff and discussed a number of technical and timing issues. EPA stated that it intends to soon identify the boilers that will be required to conduct speciated mercury stack sampling pursuant to Part III of the Agency's mercury Information collection request (ICR). In fact, EPA plans to send out these Section 114 letters by the end of February; however, a few days slippage would not send anyone into shock.
