EPA has extended the submittal deadline of certain data for sources affected by the latest ICR for the development of the revised Boiler MACT Rule and CISWI NSPS. Most sources are required to submit the results of any requested stack tests, fuel analysis, and/or monitoring data by October 15, 2009. Sources that were included in the ICR after the initial mailing received alternative deadlines as specified in their Section 114 letter. The deadline extension allows two additional weeks from the deadline listed in the source’s Section 114 letter for the submittal of any data requiring the use of EPA’s Emissions Reporting Tool (ERT), provided stack testing is completed and the test reports have been finalized. All other data must be submitted according to the deadline in the Section 114 letter. EPA provided this extension because a number of sources reported that ERT data entry was taking longer than expected, given the relatively short-time frame of the ICR.If you are an affected source that will be unable to meet the ICR submittal deadline, you should contact either Jim Eddinger (eddinger.jim@epa.gov) for Boiler MACT sources or Brian Shrager (shrager.brian@epa.gov) for CISWI sources. | Home | News | CAM | Training | FTP Library | Projects | Links | Contact | Services | Feedback | RMB Consulting &
